Does my team need an app or an account?
No. Staff scan the location’s QR code and request supplies in their browser. You can add an employee PIN for extra protection.
Can I use my own supplies?
Yes. Customize your catalog and choose which supplies are available at each location. Your team sees the items relevant to the place they’re working.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Each location gets its own QR code and supply list. Requests stay connected to the right site, and your plan determines how many active locations you can manage.
Can I combine requests into a shopping list?
Yes. Business and Pro include consolidated shopping lists with quantities, printable lists, and CSV exports so you can organize your supply run.
Will I know when something is urgent?
Staff can mark a request as urgent. Email notifications and the request dashboard help your team see what needs attention.
Is this an inventory system?
SiteRestock manages supply requests and fulfillment. It helps you see what’s needed and what’s been delivered; it does not calculate warehouse stock levels.
Can I track a request after ordering?
Yes. Follow requests through pending, approved, ordered, delivered, and completed statuses. Add internal notes and track individual items as they arrive.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data is retained. When subscription access ends, new QR submissions and business operations pause.
